Rival Crock Pots

   

Rival crock pots are some of the most popular and quality slow cookers on the market today. They are fairly inexpensive but the quality of these slow cookers is surprisingly good. This should not be surprising as they are the original makers of Crock-Pots from the early 1970’s. They also look great!

Rival makes many different sizes of slow cookers and you will be able to find a size that suits your lifestyle. If you have a small family, I recommend the Rival 3735-WN 3-1/2-Quart Slow Cooker. This is a great slow cooker that is reasonably priced and provides excellent value. It is 3.5 quarts which is a perfect size for the single person or a small family of 2 or 3. Large families can also utilize this pot too make desserts, side dishes or appetizers. Knobs are simple and easy to read and it looks great as well. It will also stay cool to the touch after many hours of cooking which is a great safety feature. This Rival crock pot also cleans up very easily which any cook will love. I highly recommend this crock pot as a solid choice for the average person.

For the larger family I recommend the Rival 3060-W 6.5 quart crock pot. This is currently a very popular model and for good reason. This pot is large enough at 6.5 quarts that you can comfortably cook for a family of 5-6. It is designed cleanly, looks great and is very simple to operate. There are 3 heat settings – low, high, and keep warm. The keep warm setting is great and comes in handy and will not overcook your food if you just would like to keep it warm. This slow cooker is very cheap for the quality of it and will provide many years of good meals for you.

Rival Crock Pots are personally one of my favorite slow cookers. Since they are the original, you can bet that they are good quality and highly functional. The great thing about Rival crock pots are that there are always lots of accessories available as well such as meat pans, bake pans, dust covers or carrying totes.
